Established in Malabo, 2007. Built for operational continuity.
An integrated services company supporting workforce management, business operations, institutional communication, and corporate support across Equatorial Guinea and the CEMAC region.

Our Story
Equacom was established in Malabo, Equatorial Guinea, in 2007 by a founder with executive experience across multinational energy, infrastructure, and offshore operations — including ExxonMobil, Schlumberger, Marathon Oil Corporation, and SBM Offshore.
That experience shaped the operational standards, discipline, and execution approach that continue to define Equacom today.
Equacom operates as an integrated services company supporting workforce management, business operations, institutional communication, and corporate support through its facilities, personnel, and operational infrastructure in Malabo, with additional assets under development in Bata.
"We do not position ourselves outside the operating environment. We work within it."
